Emailed vouchers are sent out 24/7, every day of the year. A purchase confirmation email will be sent, followed by a second email with a link to a pdf of the voucher to download. Terms and Conditions - Offer Purchase

Gift vouchers may be cancelled up to 14 days after the voucher has been delivered. Any refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Requests must be made by email, quoting the 16-character voucher code or 6-digit order ID. A cancellation fee may be charged.

This voucher is valid only for the services stated, which will be provided on the times and dates stated. Non-transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery of services subject to availability. No change or credit given. Services must be pre-booked and the original voucher/email surrendered prior to take up of the service. The unique code may only be redeemed once. Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The voucher will not be redeemed after the expiry date. Cancellation within 48 hours of a booking renders voucher null and void.
